At one of our visiting artist residencies in the preschools of San Francisco, a 4 year old boy announces, “I really, really liked that project, can you bring it again next time…It really, really helps my mind!”

Before Thanksgiving, I ask the children, “What is the most important thing about the holiday?” Fiona, age 5 1/2 lets out a deep breath and says, “Well, the most important thing is…if you don’t know, you will find out!”
